JOB DESCRIPTION:
a) Accounts: – Overall Supervision and Responsibility of Account from day-to-day transaction to finalization of books of accounts as per law of the country. (P&L, BS & Filling of Annual Return).
• Monthly P&L
• Monthly BS
• Monthly Creditors Analysis with ageing
• Monthly Debtors Analysis with ageing
• Sales Accounting
• Purchasing Accounting
• Statutory Compliance as per Law.
• Handling Statutory audit & Internal Audit
b) Finance –Overall Responsibility of fund management as per the requirement of business for day-to-day activities as well as project requirement.
• Optimum Utilization available working capital ‘
• Fund raising from bank & other financial institution as per requirement
• Daily Cash Flow Management
• Cash Flow Planning with available source of cash in-flow.
• Fulfill the bank requirements to maintain the DP limit
• Maintain the Key Financial Ratios as per the bank Requirements.
• Planning and ensure fund for capex expenditure.
• Preparation of Annual as well as monthly Budgeted cash flows for operation as well as internal project.
• Projected cash flow vs. Actual and reason for variance with action plan to mitigate gap in future.
c) MIS (Management Information Systems)-
• Yearly as well as Monthly Cash Flow Planning even we are submitting daily cash flow to the management
• Expenses budget vs. Actual monthly as well as yearly
• Business Plan Vs. Actual for Monthly, Quarterly & yearly
• Implementation of Production process & Flow Chart
• Monthly Debtors Analysis Report with Ageing.
• Pricing and credit limit policy
• Monthly Creditors Analysis Report
• Monthly Profit & Losses Accounts
• Monthly Balance Sheet
• Monthly Report on blockage of fund and action plan for liquidation of the same.
• Report
• Monthly as well as daily Costing Report
• Monthly Stock Valuation Report
• Monthly non-Moving as well as slow moving inventories Report
• Product Pricing analysis with competitor’s price
• Other MIS report as per management requirements
d) Development & implementation of SOP for all the departments
e) Stores & Inventory Management
f) All day-to-day commercial activities
g) Makes sure that all the human, financial and material resources and being utilized ethically and economically, only for the interest of the company.
h) Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and finance
i) related management information reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
2. Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
3. Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory
authorities.
4. Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
5. Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
6. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
7. Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
8. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
9. Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
10. Account payable booking in timely manner.
11. Outgoing payment booking in timely manner.
12. Timely booking of incoming sales proceeds.
13. Oversee the accounting part of sales and delivery processes.
14. Ability to understand basics of taxes including VAT, income tax, employees’ tax etc.
15. Timely preparation of cash position report for management.
16. Reconciliation of banks, vendors and customers GLs.
17. Understanding of capital and revenue expenditure and their treatment in books of account.
18. Understanding the concept of JV and its booking in time bound manner.
19. Understanding of cost accounting concepts and applications of those concepts in day to day operations.
20. Relevant IT proficiencies like MS office, SAP etc.
21. Ability to prepare adhoc reports for management.
22. Basic knowledge of IFRS.
23. Fixed Asset register and verification.
24. Good knowledge of Production Cost Sheet.
