Job Description:

Visit to Induction, CCM/SMS Maintenance Dept. for review of Daily Breakdown/PM Activities, discuss with team for critical issues, requirement of spares etc.

⚫ CAPA/why why prepared and discussion with them for CAPA for Preventive and Corrective actions

⚫Checking of Daily Power Analysis/Utilization/Load Factor/Maximum Demand figure etc.

⚫ Follow-Up with Purchase dept. for PR/Spares and critical urgent items
⚫Technical Approval of Offers received from Purchase
⚫To maintain healthiness of All equipments

⚫PM planning for major equipment’s like Induction, CCM,SMS, EOT Crane ,HT system ancillaries
⚫Improvement and Innovation – Daily discussion with team members regarding improvement ideas, thinking hour for innovation and planning for its implementation plan

⚫Searching of substitute cost effective part / products instead of imported or costly products.
⚫Coordination with OEMs for critical breakdowns for finding of failure of root cause and detailed analysis
⚫Preparation and Submission of Weekly/monthly breakdown reports, PM reports, Pending PRs, Repetitive breakdown analysis for Weekly ROI meeting with the help for team
⚫Handling of projects.(Project related & modification related work)
⚫Handholding of Newcomers to make their smooth Induction to Department and to make sure their proper training, safety and utilization according to their talent.

⚫Checking of daily collecting electrical monitoring parameter like power consumption, power factor of

⚫Planning & implementation of preventive & predictive maintenance of the equipment’s.
⚫Prepare key spares & ensure there availability by indent, follow up & by inspecting incoming material.
⚫Prepare KRA & KPI of sub-ordinates, monthly & periodical budgets for all maint. related activities, Shift schedule, monthly report of energy consumption, preventive or shutdown maint. plane, paper work & SOP etc.
⚫During B/D co-ordinated with production dept.
⚫B/D attend (24 hours responsibility) if necessary otherwise telephonic suggestion to Shift.

The Heavy Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery used in steel plant, construction, mining, and other earthmoving activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and Repair – Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy earth moving equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, grabbers, dump trucks, and other machinery.
