Service’s / Structure’s Main Tasks
To manage the maintenance preventive, also control and Command all vibration Mechanical activities in order to ensure that all mechanical installation (equipment, pumps, compressors…etc.) are carried out in an efficient and effective Manner.Manage the activities to achieving the target of toward productive workshop, also To operate and Develop Condition Monitoring programs for Plant.
Job Tasks
Main Tasks/ Reasons For Being/ Purposes Of The Position
-Manage the vibration technicians in order to ensure the maintenance predentive of aqs plants equipments.
– Carry out the site inspections of Control all vibration Mechanical activities.
– Assuring that all plants machineries / Equipment’s in good working condition and can be ready to used(based on vibration analyses that already done).
-Support Maintenance technician in project activity and technical specification as required in order supporting the ongoing improvement of operational processes.
-Assist and coordinate with direct responsible in order to Maintain logbooks equipment histories, drawings and other documentation in line with ISO9002.
-Doing and make the both planned and unplanned changes to scheduled activities in order to ensure operational efficiency is maximized.
-Supervise and inspect all vibration equipments and instruments in all AQS plants.
-Bring to the attention of the Engineer items to be included in the planned shutdown in order to ensure planned shutdown time is used effectively.
Activities / Tasks
-Observe and inspect with his team equipment and Identify site-required maintenance activities related to vibration equipments that should be performed to direct responsible.
-Monitors equipment used in all process manufacturing
-Understanding of Equipment Vibration Measurements and Readings (amplitude, duration, phase angle).
-Knowledge and ability to use various monitoring equipment including vibration meters, computerized vibration data collector. And thermography camera , sound analyzer, Oil analyzers.
– Assists in balancing.
-Laser Alignment
-Assists in preparing action notes and reports.
-Be able to follow monitoring checklists and keep logbooks
-Be able to identify problems
-To conduct routine Condition Monitoring surveys
-To conduct analysis of routine vibration data.
-Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System.
-Understanding of Computer Based Workflows and MS Office.
-Working from heights.
-Record all Equipment’s / and resources needed to perform the identified activities.
-carry out all site inspections of mechanical equipments in order to do a vibration analysis and related measurements.
-manage temporary or permanent repairs wherever necessary in order to ensure that vibration of equipments functioning properly and in compliance with operational procedures.
-Deal with any site operational issues or problems as they arise on and resolving or escalating problems as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of the operation and the continuous and good availability to Vibration of equipments.
-Constant communication with direct responsible in order to submit all necessary information, technical detail and specification related vibration of equipments.
-Conduct on job training, for new and/or existing employees in order to support their professional development and ensure the highest standards and performance of any operation related to vibration of equipment.
-Make a permanent maintain and maintenance of Vibration measuring tools and all necessary accessories.
-Handle emergencies according to company procedure in order to ensure that risk to personnel and plant / equipment is minimized
-Actively participate in and seek opportunities for improvement in maintenance activities and processes in order to support the ongoing achievement of the highest operating standards.
– All other tasks inherent in its service.
-Ensure all operating, safety, environment and quality procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standards of operational integrity are achieved and maintained
