Assistant Manager 

Graduate Mechanical engineer/Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Work Experience of around 14-18 Years in Steel Plant with specialized Experience of Working in Rolling Mill Project & Maintenance

Work Experience in Mechanical/ Media Systems. Key Skills: Leadership Skills ,Procurement management, Manpower & Resource management, Project Engineering, erection, commissioning, Maintenance , Implementation of Condition Based monitoring Concepts, Shutdown planning & Execution, Delay and Route Cause Analysis , CAPA Improvement plan, Daily planning & execution of all maintenance activities of the Area , Responsible for Safety & Housekeeping and ensure zero accidents. Coodination with Operation/Electrical Teams for seamless execution of project activities/maintenance activities. Relevant Maintenance Experience in the Following equipments : A) Rolling Mill Equipments that includes but not limited to Rolling Mill stands, Gear boxes, Roll Changing Mechanism, various mechanical drives like spindles/cardan shafts, Roller Trains, Hot/Cold Saws, Transfer mechanism ( Chains/ carriages), Straightening machines, Layer Forming Area Equipments, Stacker & Bundling area Equipments, Weighing Machines & Strapping Machines. B) RHF Equipments preferably Walking Beam Gas Fired RHF. C) Media System Equipment that includes but not limited to High Pressure descaling Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Lubrication Systems, Various Type of Positive Displacement Pumps, hydraulic/Descaling/air/Water valves & actuators, Centrifugal Pumps, blowers , Compressors, piping engineering, erection and maintenance Good knowledge and hands on Experience of Mechanical assembly, Knowledge on bearings, Gears,Chain Drives & Coupling, Various Type Of Lubrication Systems, Rigging Techniques, Conceptual knowledge on Limits, Fits & Tolerance, Equipment Levelling & Alignment, vibration analysis, Condition Based Manintenance Practises. Will be responsible for Preparing & Implementation of safe working procedures at Workplace.Proficient in Understanding Engineering Drawings & Documentation.
