Job Tasks

Main Tasks/ Reasons For Being/ Purposes Of The Position

–     Manage the maintenance predentive of plants equipments. 

–     Control and Command all vibration Mechanical activities.

–     Assuring that all plants machineries / Equipment’s in good working condition and can be ready to used(based on vibration analyses that already done)

–     Support Maintenance Engineers in project activity and technical studies as required in order supporting the ongoing improvement of operational processes.

–     Maintain logbooks equipment histories, drawings and other documentation in line with ISO9002.

–     Implement both planned and unplanned changes to scheduled activities in order to ensure operational efficiency is maximized.

–     Prepare, submit and evaluate vibration analyses equipments of plant in order to submit a technical report of Mechanical installation and equipments.

–     Participate with maintenance and production team in order Ensuring proper execution of all plant shutdown and non-shutdown activities as planned.

–    Conduct analysis of routine vibration data.

–     Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System. The Individual

–   Rotor Dynamics analysis

Activities / Tasks

  • Identify all required maintenance activities related to vibration equipment’s that should be performed during the calendar year.
  • Identify all Equipment’s / and resources needed to perform the identified activities.
  • To report Vibration and Oil Analysis results and associated corrective maintenance recommendations
  • Knowledge and ability to use various monitoring equipment including vibration meters, computerized vibration data collector. And thermography camera , sound analyzer, Oil analyzers.
  • able to  Pump Performance
  • In-situ Balancing experience preferred
  • Laser Alignment
  • Electrical tests (Motor Current Signature Analysis, Partial Discharge tests)
  • Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook.
  • Working on Stress analysis software such as Ansys
  • Working on CAD  software such as Sold Works or Inventor
  • Coordination with sectional sub-ordinates and to planning section enough time in advance to Prepare schedule accordingly.
  • Carry out a site inspections of mechanical equipments in order to do a vibration analysis
  • Prepare a technical conclusion reports related to existing vibration analysis (that already done).
  • Organize and attend daily or weekly section meeting in order to ensure all section activities and events are properly understood and communicated
  • Attend breakdowns and supervise repair activity in order to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized.
  • Deal with any operational issues or problems as they arise on the Section, resolving or escalating problems as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of the operation and the continuous availability of rigorous and reliable maintenance of equipments.
  • Ensure the continues of production by Constant and  coordination with direct responsible, maintenance manager and production department in order to submit all necessary informations, technical detail and specification of Mechanical equipments
  • Conduct on job training, for new and/or existing employees in order to support their professional development and ensure the highest standards of performance.
  • Vibration measurement(planned or unplanned) of all factory equipment of plants by the necessary machines
  • All other tasks inherent in its service.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal regulations and HSE guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES

Diffused  Responsibilities :

  • Manage the maintenance predentive of plants equipments.
  • Control and Command all vibration Mechanical activities.
  • Responsible for Scheduled Activities are carried out in an efficient and effective Manner.
  • Implement appropriate processes and procedures, monitor, and oversee The vibration of mechanical equipments.
  • Developing a comprehensive set of plans to integrate and coordinate sector function with maintenance and production team to attain reliability targets.
  • Responsible for Vibration measuring tools and all necessary accessories.
  • Responsible for Vibration measuring reports.

Independence: Activities
